Simple + Delicious!
4 cup green apples, sliced (skin optional)
1 juice of lemon
Mix together in baking sheet
Sprinkle over top1/4 t cinnamon + 1/4 t cardamon
In separate bowl mix:
1/4 cup oatmeal (may use gluten free option)
1/3 - 1/2 cup flour (whole wheat, almond and/or coconut)
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t cardamon
1/8 t salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 stick of butter, cold and mashed till crumbly
Sprinkle all ingredients on top of apple lemon mixture and back at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until apples are tender! Enjoy.
